Unfrozen is an AI-powered cleaning assistant. You take a photo of a messy space, and the app uses artificial intelligence to generate a list of specific cleaning tasks. The app is designed to help you get started and stay organized — it is not a substitute for professional cleaning, organizing, or home maintenance services.
All cleaning plans and task suggestions are generated by AI. While we strive for helpful and accurate results, AI output may occasionally be:
You are responsible for using your own judgment when following any AI-generated suggestions. If a task involves chemicals, heights, heavy objects, or anything that could be hazardous, take appropriate precautions.
Unfrozen offers a free tier (3 sessions) and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store via your Apple ID. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases.

Photos you submit are sent to the AI for analysis and immediately discarded — they are not stored, reviewed, or used for any other purpose. All task data, session history, and settings remain on your device. We do not claim any rights to your photos or data.
We aim to keep Unfrozen available and working well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on third-party AI services that may occasionally be unavailable. We may also update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Our website offers the option to sign up for a launch notification. By submitting your email address, you consent to receiving a one-time email when the app becomes available on the App Store. We will not send marketing emails, newsletters, or any other communications beyond the launch announcement.
